With a fully equipped reformer and apparatus studio I specialise in delivering 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions.  So whether you’re a beginner wanting to start your exercise journey, an athlete looking to add strength and stretch to your current programme or a seasoned Pilates practitioner I’ll tailor each session to your individual needs and goals in a focused, safe and non intimidating setting.

Comprehensively trained with Peak Pilates I have been teaching Pilates since 2018. My private town centre studio is fully equipped with two Pilates reformers, towers and chairs, Cadillac, ladder barrel, arcs and more.

About Me

Hi! I’m Laura I’ve been practising Pilates for over fifteen years and teaching classical Pilates since 2018. I’m passionate about the Pilates method, having experienced the benefits within my own body and mind and love to share that passion with my clients.

Studio Equipment

Frome Pilates studio is set up with two Peak Pilates Deluxe reformer/tower/mat units, high/low chair, MVE chair, high ladder barrel, spine corrector and other small apparatus.

1:1 Pilates equipment sessions

My 1:1 sessions offer a unique, highly personalised approach to Pilates, tailored specifically to your needs and goals. You’ll work across the studio equipment developing your Pilates practice and understanding of how it can aid you in your everyday life.

I offer an initial taster session where you can come into the studio, meet me and we can discuss your goals and any specific requirements.  It’s an active session so you’ll try out the equipment before signing up for further sessions.

Pilates isn’t a quick fix – it requires commitment and focus in order to see the benefits which is why I ask you to commit to either a block of 3 or 10 sessions after your initial taster session.

Throughout your sessions, you’ll receive ongoing support and guidance to ensure you’re making progress and achieving your goals. You won’t be left to figure things out on your own – I’ll be there to help you every step of the way.

My 2:1 sessions offer a fun and interactive way to work out with a friend or partner. While you still receive the personalised attention and customised workouts of my 1:1 sessions, you also have the added benefit of working out alongside someone you know and trust. 

This can help to increase motivation, accountability, and even bring some friendly competition into the mix.   Plus, working out with a partner can add an extra layer of challenge, pushing you to work harder and achieve even greater results
